📝Terms of Service📝

1. Material
I will not work on projects with subjects that violate the law or has objectionable and distressing material.

🔞 In any project containing adult material, client must be at least 18 years old. Official identification with a displayed age is required for commissioning adult work 🔞

In any project that requires a script, the script must be completed and final then reviewed by the artist before any agreement is made. Once the project is started, script changes are not accepted.

2. Revisions and Scope
Revisions of any nature are only accepted during the sketch stage until the flat stage. Clutch revisions or a change of scope, duration, nature, or length of the project after the initial agreement will add a charge to be decided by the artist. Please indicate specifically the duration and length of your project to avoid additional charges.

Changes to scope must be accommodated by a new contract or addendum to existing contract that defines new parameters and prices.

For any project that will last upwards of 2 months, a fully binding legal contract drafted by either party is required.

3. Payment
At least half of payment upon the start of the project is requested as a downpayment. The rest of the payment can be given when we've reviewed the final project output together and all parties are satisfied. After the last payment, the hi-resolution or full project file will be sent thru a download link. This file will remain online for 1 week before deletion.

The staggered payment is for your security and ease of mind especially if you're a first-time customer. Full payments are still accepted and appreciated! 💙

Accepted modes of payment: Paypal, Gcash. Payment plans are also accepted for projects upwards of $200

4. Confidentiality
By commissioning me, I hereby agree to never re-sell, reproduce, or print your character for any kind of profit unless otherwise agreed upon. I acknowledge and agree to protect any personal information of the client including names, addresses, and the like.

You also agree to let me use or display the project and any output for portfolio or promotional reasons on social media.

5. Allowed Use
Any work commissioned by a client may be used for any personal reason. It may not be resold or redistributed or used for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

6. General Process
For ease of process, whenever commissions are open a GDOC form for character/project description will be provided.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason deemed necessary with written notice. If requested payment is not sent within 48 days, the project is considered terminated unless otherwise agreed upon. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination.

7.Agreement
By hiring me, the artist "Hiitsy" or "HiitsyR18", you hereby agree to have read, understood, certify true any information given, and will comply with the terms listed above.
